Our business has grown from our love of food, and it is at the forefront of everything we do.

We use British produce wherever possible and develop cafe concepts based on the demographic of each specific site. This not only increases buy-in for our customers, but helps to increase revenue for our clients.

Dale has over 30 years of experience in both public and private sector contract management, the last 15 years of which have been specialising in the provision of commercial food and beverage solutions to a variety of clients.

Dale has hand-picked his team of experienced catering managers and operators and trusts them to carry through both his values and the values of his respective clients.

We take our commitments to our communities very seriously and always do whatever we can to ensure that we  take a sustainable and ethical approach to all our business matters.

Due to our size, we are able to make tailored assessments on issues such as environmental impacts, rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all approach, that may not be suitable for our diverse range of clients.

Awarded for our standards

To ensure that our business and our suppliers meet the high standards we expect, we regularly subject ourselves to testing to ensure competitiveness across our supply chain.

We are proud to have been recognised for these processes via the various ISO’s accreditations that we hold, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. We have also recently secured the ISO 22000 accreditation, joining less than 1% of UK businesses to achieve that accolade.

Crown Foundation

Kudos Cafés is part of the Crown Group, a leading provider of food, venue and event solutions.

The Crown Group launched its own charitable Foundation in 2008 to support the Group’s partnerships with a number of charities, including the Forces Children’s Trust and the Make A Wish Foundation.

Money for the Foundation is raised by our staff, customers and clients, through various events. Every pound that is raised is matched by the Crown Group.
